Ring size guide
Two minutes and a strip of paper. No ring sizer, no guessing.
Measure your finger
- Cut a thin strip of paper, about 10 cm long.
- Wrap it around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on. Snug, not tight — it should slide over your knuckle without a fight.
- Mark where the paper overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler.
- That measurement in millimetres is your circumference. Find it below.

Landed between two numbers? Go up. A ring that's a touch loose still gets worn. One that doesn't clear your knuckle never does.
Two things that change the answer
Measure at the end of the day. Fingers swell as the day goes on, and they're smallest first thing in the morning. If you measure at 8am you'll order half a size too small.
Cold hands measure small. Give it a minute in a warm room before you wrap the paper.
Already own a ring that fits? Measure the inside edge across the middle — that's the inside diameter, third column above. It's the quickest route if the ring you're copying sits on the same finger.
